Due to the custom nature of our garments, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Each piece is thoughtfully made just for you.
However, we understand that sometimes a size may be confusing. That’s why we offer only size exchanges. Return of the product is only allowed if there is any genuine defect in the product. Exchange and return are allowed under the below conditions only.
1. Exchange/Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery — strictly.
2. To request an exchange: Email us at support@houseofprimisha.com with your order number within 24 hours of receiving the package requesting for a reverse pickup.
3. Once we receive the returned package: Exchanges/refund are processed within 4–5 business days.
4. Exchanges are possible only if the garment is unused and tag is intact with the item.
5. Any damages in the item at your end will not be accepted for exchange. Note: As our few garments are hand block printed and naturally dyed, slight irregularities or patchiness in the fabric are common and intentional—these are not defects but marks of the handmade process. You may also request store credit, valid for 30 days (non-renewable after expiry). But the shipping charges will be applicable for the next shipping. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us at support@houseofprimisha.com
– Cancellations will not be accepted after 12 hours of order placement.
– If the order has already been fulfilled and is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.
Prepaid Orders
– All orders on our website are prepaid only.
– Upon successful cancellation within the permitted window, a refund will be issued which will take 7 to 10 business days.
