Shipping and Cancellation - house of primisha

We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. We generally ship the order within 1-2 business days from the order placement date but since some of our clothing are handmade and some made to order, we may delay in shipping the item within 4-5 business days from the order placement. In very rare scenario there might be little more delay than the mentioned timeline. Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email. Once the packet is shipped it takes around 4 to 5 days to reach you (excluding Sunday and Public holidays).

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us at support@houseofprimisha.com
– Cancellations will not be accepted after 12 hours of order placement.
– If the order has already been fulfilled and is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.
Prepaid Orders
– All orders on our website are prepaid only.
– Upon successful cancellation within the permitted window, a refund will be issued which will take 7 to 10 business days.
