1. Can I modify my shipping address after placing the order?

2. Will I get a refund if I cancel my order?
Yes — cancelled orders within the permitted hours are refunded between 7 to 10 business days, however customer may choose to take store credit valid for 60 days from the date of cancellation.
3. Can I cancel an order once it has shipped?
Unfortunately, no. Once an order is fulfilled and in transit, it cannot be cancelled.
